Thurs. afternoon in Honey Brook Township, Chester County, a motorcycle rider lost his life following a police pursuit.
After a motorcycle rider collided with a car, emergency personnel were called to the scene at Chestnut Tree Road and Horseshoe Pike, according to authorities.
A coroner reported that the motorcyclist received CPR at the scene but later died.
When SkyForce10 flew over, you could make out a wrecked car and what appeared to be the remains of a motorcycle.
According to early reports, two passengers in the car suffered minor injuries in the collision.
Between Chestnut Tree Road and Birdell Road, Horseshoe Pike (Route 322) is no longer closed.
Police have not yet provided any information on the reason they were pursuing the motorcycle.
