After crashing their motorcycle late on Saturday night, one person was taken to the hospital.
At 10:40 o’clock in the evening, police were called to Union Boulevard and Damon Drive. on reports of a wreck and found the injured motorcyclist. The only other vehicle involved was the motorcycle.
According to officers on the scene, the rider sustained serious injuries, but none were life-threatening.
During the hour-long investigation by police, Southbound Union was shut down.
It is unknown at this time whether the crash was caused by speed, alcohol, or drugs in any way.
