To offer financing options for its recently released product, the AERA, electric motorcycle manufacturer Matter has teamed up with online marketplace and financing platform, OTO. Through OTO’s website, potential customers may also make reservations for this brand-new electric motorcycle.
Priced at a starting point of Rs. 1.43 lakh, Matter had just released the Aera electric motorcycle. The Aera 4000, Aera 5000, Aera 5000+, and the Aera 6000+ are the four variations of this electric motorcycle that will be offered. The company has only disclosed the specifications and costs for the Aero 5000 line, though. The cost of the Aera 5000 and Aera 5000+ is Rs. 1,43,999 and Both are ex-showroom prices in India, including FAME II, of Rs. 1,53,999.
An LED headlight, smartphone connectivity, a TFT console, and ride modes are among the features of this electric motorcycle. A split seat, clip-on handlebars, and 17-inch alloy wheels are among the styling cues, which also feature an aggressive design. Using a 10kW motor and a 5kWh liquid-cooled battery, the Matter Aera 5000 range is propelled. The maximum claimed range is 125 km, and a standard charger is said to take five hours to fully charge the battery. On the other hand, a quick charger can finish the battery pack’s recharge in just two hours. Additionally, this is India’s first electric motorcycle with a four-speed transmission.
According to Mohal Lalbhai, Group CEO and Founder of Matter, who discussed the partnership, it will enable the business to provide customers with an end-to-end purchasing experience for electric vehicles.
